Last updated: June 4, 2026When you join, we store your email, signup date in Spain time, selected products, visit source and campaign if you came from a tagged link. There is no payment, reservation or purchase attached to the form.
We use this data to estimate real demand, decide which version to prioritize and tell you when final measurements, materials and a possible first batch are ready.
The legal basis is your consent when checking the privacy notice and submitting the form. You can withdraw it by asking us to remove your email from the list.
We keep leads while QuietCase commercial validation is active or until you request removal. If the project does not continue, the list will be deleted.
Services
We do not sell data or use it for behavioral advertising. We do use technical providers to deploy, store the list and measure whether the website works.
You can request access, correction, unsubscribe or deletion of your email. The practical way to do this is to reply to any QuietCase communication from the same email you used to join. If we have not sent any communication yet, you will not receive commercial messages until there is a first batch or relevant update.
The form does not ask for name, postal address, phone number or payment details. If future versions include a free-text field, any additional information will be used only to understand your interest in the product.
